Tasty japanese. Wonder what the name means… if anything.

He is a gnome and I name him Bob. Bob seems to have a talent for music. He likes pinot, escargot and skydiving, although he is prone to breaking out in pieces.

332. Xmas Cake

The mixed up result of photo 330. This is one large cake. It must weigh about 4 kilos! It’s been a big weekend of cooking.

A gift for a friend’s birthday. They like peanut brittle. We provide two types. Run of the mill and beer (Carlton Draft) and chilli. Very tasty!
330. Xmas Mix

I’ve been afforded the great responsibility to preparing the Matriarch’s xmas cake this year. Such an honour. Such pressure! I think I got the fruit mix right as a start. Apparently it should be made about a month before Xmas so it has time to “mature”. I think this cake actually lasts forever once it’s cooked.

My parent’s in law are onto, I think, their second set of King George Cavaliers. Funny, happy dogs. I don’t know why I like this photo. It’s out of focus and there’s not a traditional focus point. Maybe it’s the light. Maybe it’s wondering what “Suzie” is looking at.

I know that a baby at this age really doesn’t have any control over their facial expressions. It’s funny watching her go to sleep and seeing her face cycle through a whole range of expressions autonomously.

Ever had one of those things that Moo? Turn it upside down and then back and it makes some sounds resembling a cow that’s been crossbred with a sheep.
Cute picture on this though. If only I could read French. Maybe the cow is mooing in french?
