The Apple store in Sydney, like the other apple stores, is a reflection of their design aesthetic. You can’t see it in this photo, but there’s a weird optical illusion under the stairs where it makes it look like the floor is rising.

We got an early xmas present this year. A Kitchenaid mixer. Awesome for helping mix another xmas cake as I burnt the other one! I don’t think my arm could handle it.

This monument, errected by Ward B to commemorate those that lost their lives in the great war is burried in Callan Park in the old Psych Hospital. I noticed it from afar the other day and finally managed to check it out. Very cool. In fact, Callan Park is filled with cool bits and pieces of local history.
