Just a selection of tasty, fresh vegies at our local fruit and veg shop. Not always the freshest stuff but pretty good. A damn sight more pleasurable than a soul sapping experience in Coles or Woolworths. Rant over.

This little fella managed to pull over the table he was tied to outside a cafe. He was playing with another dog and enjoying himself (herself?). The other dog ran away at this point so I think they were wondering if they were going to get some more playful action. It’s just after I righted the table so he didn’t get away (my good sammy dead for the day) and just before the owner wandered out wondering why I was hanging out with their dog.

I was given this little tin with a poppy (I think) planted and ready to grow. Well, I grew something. A tin full of weeds. As you can see, they even look a little thirsty. Either way, I got a great rusty, textured tin to take a photo of.

This is what you get early in the morning with and iPhone camera with nothing done to it. Yep, atrocious. The reason I was taking this photo is that bright light in the centre on the horizon. It’s the moon and it was full and bright this morning. Pity about the photo.

Not quite Paris but a little bit of it at least. The wedding on Saturday night had a parisian theme and these little ornaments were everywhere. Cool. Makes me want to visit.

So, August 21st is polling day. Australia heads to a general election. I wonder what the outcome is going to be! Not feeling particularly inspired by either “Leader” or their trashbag campaigns. A bit low-brow but they all seem like a bunch of losers.

I’m not sure if this note is directed at me. Either way it could mean that this milk fat (you know, as in sick!) or it’s able to see into the future it’s telling my something about what will happen if I drink it. What do you reckon?
