		<description>Thanks heaps for this recipe.  It is really easy and the best paella I have ever made.  On par with the best spanish restaurant in Melbourne.  I also made the same recipe but with some pan fried chicken pieces instead of scallops and I put uncooked mussels on top for the extra 8 min in the oven.  Fabulous.</description>
