So the Laksa Challenge has actually lasted more than one sitting. For the next challenge our intrepid “Best Laksa” seekers ventured to Castlereagh street for the Chinese Malay. Turns out is was worth the walk! This place is like a dungeon with a frantic atmosphere of a real hawkers kitchen… and the Laksa was great to boot. The best so far. The results speak for themselves.
