So now that that Laksa challenge is underway, people are jumping on the bandwagon left, right, far left, far right and centre. Even the press is into it. The Sydney Morning Herald is attempting to steal some of the Laksa Challenge’s thunder by putting out their own best laksa reviews. However, the smart readers of scrambledminds.com will all be able to tell that their assessments lack structure, are emotionally attached and are far from independant (I bet those places paid! ). Saying that, I’m not one to get nasty so I’ll let you judge for yourself. Maybe we’ll even get to try some of the places in the article. Unlikely though since they’re out of the CBD and most of our drilled and skilled Laksa Challenge team are to lazy to go that far at lunch. The Chinese Malay is definitely on the cards though.
